Are pets allowed in the accommodations?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our accommodations to ensure the comfort of all guests.

Is there parking available for guests?

Yes, we offer free parking facilities for guests to ensure convenience during their stay.

How do I book?

Check in is from 4pm.

How do I get to the Townhouse?

The address is Letterfrack, Connemara, Co. Galway - Eircode H91K8FT. We are in the village of Letterfrack. 

Can I request an early check-in?

Unfortunately, we generally are unable to facilitate an early check-in. However, we do recommend contactingus via email to enquire about this.

What time is checkout?

Checkout is strictly 10am.

How do I cancel my booking?

If you have booked directly through our website, you can cancel your booking by sending an email to townhouseletterfrack@gmail.com

How do I cancel my booking if I booked through a 3rd party?

If you have booked directly through a 3rd party (Booking.com, Air Bnb etc) you will need to cancel directly with them. Depending on the rate type you chose, you may or may not be charged. 

Do you supply baby cots?

Yes, we do supply baby cots. There is one in each Master Bedroom. 

Do you take group bookings?

Yes we do take group bookings. For those booking 2 or more Townhouses, please email us directly.
